8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance when possible.

9. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. You are responsible for maintaining backups of important data.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

• No refunds will be provided for unused subscription time (except as required by law)
